Last night after work, my buddy and I went to go check on his car at the transmission shop where its at currently. What’s sitting in the back lot? A freaking Fiat X1/9! This is the first time I’ve seen one of these in person, and its in a local transmission shop’s back lot, of all places! I’m pretty sure its a Fiat and not a Bertone X1/9 since it still has chrome accents, but I’m not positive. Apologies for the potato pics.

I saw one for the first time this morning at a C&C. It was frikkin’ gorgeous. My wife didn’t get the 70s Euro thing though :P

Oh hot damn, that thing looks beautiful. This one was kinda beaten down, but still looked to be in relatively decent condition. They’re so cool and quirky.

I don’t get why you’re surprised to have seen it in a shop though.
It’s an old Fiat. that’s the most likely place to find one.

Lol, good point. I more so meant I was surprised to find it in THIS shop.

If they’re taken care of properly, they’re not TOO bad! That being said, they are usually mechanically simple, so repairs are usually fairly straightforward! :)

This is why they are good enthusiast’s cars.
Repairs are straightforward AND frequent!
